This site presents the company Infolegale, the offers and services provided by Infolegale and articles from its blog.

These General Conditions of Use govern the use of the various functions offered by the site.

Access to the free trial

The Site offers a free trial of Infolegale solutions. The implementation of the free trial will be subject to the following actions: providing the User's details in the dedicated contact form; verification and contact by a Sales Department operator; implementation of access subject to acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the tools, present on the Infolegale platform.

 

 

Access to Infolegale tools

The Infolegale tools are accessible, in particular via the ‘Client Area’ section, following the implementation of a trial or a service contract.

The identifier(s) and password(s) given by Infolegale to access the private tools are strictly personal and must not be communicated to a third party. In this context, Infolegale reserves the right to initiate any action aimed at putting an end to the prejudice.

Furthermore, with regard to the data present in the Infolegale tools, the User of the tools who communicates, divulges or makes available to a third party the information in the Infolegale databases shall incur civil and criminal liability with regard to Infolegale, in accordance with the provisions of the law of 29 July 1881.

 

Responsibilities

Consultation of the Site is subject to ‘normal’ use (one User, i.e. one IP address). Infolegale reserves the right to prosecute offenders in the event of non-compliance.

The use of the information contained on this Site is the sole responsibility of the User. All the resources contained on this Site, both textual and visual, are provided for information purposes only and Infolegale cannot be held responsible for them.

Infolegale reserves the right to modify the Site as it sees fit, without prior notice.

Any dispute relating to the use of the platform or the validity, interpretation or performance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to French law, and in the absence of an amicable solution between the parties, and except in the event of a public order provision, jurisdiction is expressly assigned to the Lyon Commercial Court.
