Infolegale has been officially awarded the EV3 Quality of Life at Work label, with a 94% compliance rate. This new label is part of Infolegale's CSR approach of continuous improvement towards best practices.

VolunteeringHumanism is one of our core values, so it's natural to help and support our employees who want to take action and give their time. Infolegale is committed to the Vendredi platform, which enables us to mobilize our employees around a wide range of social and environmental actions. Since its launch in January 2022, our employees have been heavily involved.

In our constant quest for improvement in favor of parity, we have carried out an analysis of professional equality between women and men for the year 2024, based on 2023 data from the Egapro index.
The Egapro index measures the pay gap between men and women, as well as salary disparities. It helps us identify areas for improvement within the framework of our CSR policy.

As part of our commitment to reduce our environmental footprint, we have taken concrete action to promote short recycling circuits for office waste, while at the same time helping to create jobs for people with disabilities.
As part of its CSR policy, Infolegale has made recycling its waste a priority, a social and environmental initiative in partnership with ELISE Déchets, an adapted waste collection and recycling company.

Infolegale is a signatory of the Responsible Purchasing and Supplier Relations Charter. This signature is an important step in our commitment to promote business ethics.
The RFAR Charter, based on the ISO 20400 standard, was launched in 2010 by the Médiation des Entreprises and the Conseil National des Achats (CNA). It aims to encourage all companies to adopt responsible practices towards their suppliers. This voluntary approach is part of our collective desire to build sustainable and ethical relationships with our partners.
Infolegale has long been concerned about its impact on its stakeholders.
Infolegale's ambition is to be at the service of corporate performance while promoting
sustainability and transparency in its relations with its stakeholders.
In accordance with current legal and regulatory provisions, Infolegale is not required to publish extra-financial reporting. Nevertheless, in a spirit of transparency towards its stakeholders and continuous improvement, consistent with its raison d'être, it has chosen to make it public, and hopes to inspire others to follow suit.
