The context in which MINGAT contacted Infolegale

This rental company, previously client of another B2B intelligence company, was monitoring around 200 business partners representing their long- and medium-term customers. It was suffering from a high number of non-payments every year.

MINGAT Location forged new partnerships in Paris and the South of France, enabling its customers to rent vehicles from its established partners. This strategic development called for increased vigilance in anticipating payment defaults and controlling solvency risks.

MINGAT Location was experiencing payment defaults every year. Aware of the risk this represented for its business - payment defaults are still the cause of 25% of company failures - the company's objective was to reduce unpaid invoices to less than 1% of annual sales. Since MINGAT Location's customers are involved in high-risk activities, it was necessary to anticipate rather than suffer default, and thus achieve this ambitious goal.
